* TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Open to all Vista Resorts (Canyon Creek Resort and Delta Shores Resort) members in good standing. A “Referred Guest” must be an RV owner/camper with a steady income source and no other private camping memberships. Guest(s) must agree to attend a friendly membership sales presentation lasting approximately 1-1/2 hours during their first visit. If married/partnered, both spouses/partners must attend together. For the referring member to participate in the cash rewards program, referred guest(s) must purchase a REALM membership at a minimum price of $3995. The Cash Rewards are awarded as follows: $250 for the first new referred REALM member who purchases for a price of at least $3995; $500 for the second such new member; $750 for the third such new member. Beginning with the fourth such new member, the cycle repeats starting with $250, and so on. There is no limit to the number of such new members that may be referred.
